Is everything showing on the site as available in stock?
At Lure Fanatics we have an advanced web-based stock-keeping system that is updated every minute of the day 24hrs a day to ensure a perfect shopping experience as there is nothing worse than seeing that lure you have been looking for only to find its not in stock. Unfortunately as with any system errors can occur but we are always on hand to ensure they are corrected as soon as possible.
Can I visit Lure Fanatics?
Sure you can, and fish the Norfolk Broads at the same time as we are surrounded by prime predator fishing water and some of the best Bass fishing on the East Coast of England. Just pop into the store at Units 3/4 Commercial Row, Folgate Rd North Walsham NR28 0AJ and the staff can point you in the right direction.
Is there parking.
Yes we have a purpose built 20 car space for your convenience.
Do you stock other fishing equipment?
Yes we stock almost every quality brand you can think of, from Korda, Nash, ABU and many more, we are also open for fresh bait .
Can I collect my online order?
Yes, you can! All of our orders are picked and packed on the same day. Just let us know and we will have your parcel ready for you arrival. Just use the click and collect icon when you come to purchase your goods.
I cannot find the product I want.
There are multiple ways to search for Lure Fanatics products, such as by brand, rig, lures, rods, etc., in collections and more. However, if you cannot find the product anywhere else, we encourage you to use the search bar and type the name of the product you are searching for.
If its out of stock when will it be back in stock?
We can sometimes answer this question if we have an order en route or imminent. However, post-Brexit and during Covid, it has become harder to predict. We recommend our customers go to the product that is out of stock and request a Back In Stock notification. This amazing tool will notify you as soon as the product is back in stock. It also helps us highlight what is out of stock and what our customers are looking for, encouraging us to prioritise products to get stock sooner. So carry on using it!
As per our terms and conditions you have up to 30 days to return your item in unused condition unless it is faulty. Please return it to the shop address above. For more detailed information, please check our returns policy.
